The Galapagos were born from volcanoes erupting violently out of the sea. Plant and animal species traversed 1000km of ocean to colonize the islands, leaving species isolated and evolving independently on different islands.  Observing this had a resounding impact on the formations of Darwin's Theory of Natural Selection and the theory of evolution by natural selection.

The volcanic islands of Galapagos have been declared a National Park of Ecuador and the second largest Marine Reserve in the world. This legendary diving destination is often considered by experienced divers to represent something of a pinnacle in their diving careers.  A place where each dive promises extraordinary sightings involving sea lions, penguins, eagle rays, Galapagos sharks, turtles, hammerhead sharks, marine iguanas, golden rays, seals and whale sharks.
