Lake Titicaca is a dazzling sight; its deep azure waters seemingly extend forever across the altiplano, under the profound and wide sky at an elevation of 3800mt/11400ft. it is the world’s highest navigable lake which has been inhabited for thousands of years. Some islands like the Uros are made of a plant which grows on the banks that is called Totora.
